Etana was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Orange County in 2008. After working in hospice and community-based settings, she joined our team in 2011 and has loved being a therapist in such a supportive and team-based practice. She completed her Bachelors in Social Work and was accepted into the advanced program at Rutgers University where she received her Masters of Social Work. Etana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in grief/loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, caregiver support, and women’s mental health. Etana offers individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy services.
As an interactive, direct, solution-focused therapist, Etana’s therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. By applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and other therapy modalities, Etana works to help clients unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions and work towards experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
