Etana was born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Orange County in 2008. She completed her Bachelors in Social Work and was accepted into the advanced program at Rutgers University where she received her Masters in Social Work. Etana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in grief/loss, depression, anxiety, caregiver support, and women’s mental health.

As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, Etana’s therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. By applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Etana works to help clients unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions and work towards experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.

Etana offers individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
